I didn’t get my confirmation email. What should I do?

Typically, this is due to a simple misspelling at checkout. Please email us at hello@snugpie.com to clear it up. 

I received a wrong, damaged or missing item. How can you fix that?

Oh, no! We’re so sorry to hear this. Please email us at hello@snugpie.com with pictures of the damaged, incorrect product, and packing slip indicating which item is missing and we will be happy to help! We appreciate the opportunity to correct our mistake, but you must email us within 7 days of the delivery date of your order.  Please note: that without the aforementioned packing slip, we will not be able to issue a replacement or refund. Snuggably Soft. Consciously Cozy.

When will my order arrive?

Orders will ship within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking notification as soon as your order leaves our facility. If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 business days, please email us at hello@snugpie.com.

Where do you manufacture SnugPie jammies?

SnugPie jammies are designed in Colorado and ethically manufactured in India. 

Do you use any flame retardants in your products?

Absolutely not! SnugPie is committed to using organic and sustainable materials whenever possible. Our products are safety tested and compliant with all CPSC regulations. For this reason, SnugPie jammies must be worn snug fit. Twirl gowns are not snug fit and are therefor not designed to be sleepwear. 

Do you ship internationally?

We hope to expand our shipping internationally in the future, but currently, we are only fulfilling orders in the U.S.

Lost or Stolen Package?

Please email us at hello@snugpie.com and we will do what we can to help, but once we give a product to a delivery service we are no longer responsible for these packages. We recommend you contact the shipping provider to open an investigation.
