Return Summary

We hope you love your SnugPie purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. Items are eligible for a refund or exchange on regular priced items within 30 days of purchase. We ask that items be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, including tags. A $7.50 restocking fee is charged for returns, if you choose to receive store credit, this fee is waived. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned. Please email us at hello@snugpie.com if you have any issues with final sale items. 

 Please use our return portal to start the return process and to receive an email with your return shipping label. You will have 30 days to return your items. Once we receive your returned product, a refund minus the $7.50 restocking fee will be issued to your original payment method. If you have chosen to receive store credit you will receive an e-gift card for the original price of your purchase.

*Sale items are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns.

Important to Know

Returns with incorrect or defective items need to be initiated immediately. Please email hello@snugpie.com within 3 days of your delivery. Please note: that without a picture of the packing slip, we will not be able to issue a replacement or refund.
